Who we are
TopReach is a service of SAWM Source Inc., 1775 Ernest Avenue, London, Ontario, Canada. Contact info@topreach.ca about privacy, access, corrections or complaints.
Information we handle
We handle information you provide through enquiries, audits, onboarding and portals: contact and business details, website URLs, submitted content, messages, approvals and service records. We also keep account/security records, access logs and evidence of consent. Do not submit payment card details or passwords in enquiry forms.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, supply agreed services, manage accounts, produce evidence-backed audits, support customers, protect systems and maintain required records. Responding to your enquiry does not enrol you in promotional marketing. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn.
Providers and AI analysis
Configured hosting, email and security providers support operations. Authorized integrations may involve Google, SerpApi and Groq for relevant search data or audit interpretation. AI processing is limited to relevant business context and evidence; it does not authorize publication or replace verified facts. Stripe will handle payments only when payment services are enabled. Provider access is limited to its purpose; connected Google accounts require customer authorization.
Transfers and protection
Providers may process data outside Canada. We apply access controls, tenant isolation, protected credentials and appropriate contractual/operational safeguards. No system is risk-free. Ask us about current providers and processing locations before supplying sensitive information. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and rights
We retain information for service, security, accounting and applicable legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate. Exact project retention and handover terms are confirmed in your agreement; we do not promise immediate automatic deletion. Contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion or withdrawal of optional consent. We verify identity and explain lawful limits or retention obligations.
Your customers’ information
When we process your customers’ or orders’ data for your business, permitted purposes, access, providers, exports and deletion responsibilities must be agreed separately. You remain responsible for your own customer notices and lawful instructions.
Cookies and changes
Read our cookie policy for essential portal sessions. We will explain material new uses and obtain any required consent. This policy is dated 29 October 2026. Contact us first about concerns; you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
