Supplier and contract documents
SAWM Source Inc., operating as TopReach, 1775 Ernest Avenue, London, Ontario, Canada; info@topreach.ca. The customer identity, accepted quote, scope, payment schedule, handover date and applicable policies form the project agreement. These general terms require the final project-specific schedule and acceptance before service or billing activation.
SEO services
Quick Website & Profile Audit: CAD99 once, covering the agreed website sample and available or authorized profile information, findings and next steps. It does not include recurring SEO or automatic fixes. SEO Starter, Growth and Premium are CAD99, CAD199 and CAD349 per month respectively, within the stated location/page/work allowances. SEO plans have no minimum term: the customer can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. Missing data is unavailable, not a failed score. Profile/account access, competitor sources and publication require applicable authorization. Results and rankings are not guaranteed.
Website build fees and scope
Website Launch is CAD499 once for the stated five-page/15-item scope, one location and two revision rounds using agreed content. Website + Essential Admin starts at CAD999 once; products, dashboard and order-management scope and integrations require a written quote. Website + Full Admin is custom quoted. Checkout, tax, shipping, payment processors, inventory, devices, external licences and unsupported modules are included only if expressly listed. Additional pages, items or revisions are quoted before work.
Included month, then optional care
Each website package includes one calendar month of the agreed after-sale care from the accepted launch/handover date recorded in the project schedule. Ongoing website care after that month is optional: CAD99 plus applicable tax per month, billed monthly in advance, only if the customer ticks the website care box when ordering (it is never ticked by default) and confirms it when accepting the written quote, and authorizes recurring payment before any charge. If chosen, the project schedule shows the exact first paid renewal date. The customer can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and no further care fee is charged. Declining care creates no care subscription or care fee. Hosting, handover and any third-party costs are agreed separately; declining care does not imply lifetime free hosting. Website care is separate from any SEO subscription. If care is chosen later, it starts on the newly agreed date without retroactive care fees. The amount and timing must be shown beside the website offer, in the quote and at acceptance, not only here. No charge is triggered by an enquiry.
Care scope and exclusions
The agreed care schedule covers support for the delivered website and any managed hosting, backups, security updates and minor changes expressly included. It is not unlimited development, a new design, ongoing SEO, new integrations or third-party fees. Response targets, update allowance, backup/restore arrangements and exclusions are specified in the quote. Defect remedies and non-excludable statutory rights are not replaced by a care subscription.
Payment, cancellation and grace
Build-payment milestones and deposits are agreed before work begins. Monthly services renew until cancelled under the accepted schedule. There is no minimum term for SEO plans or website care. A customer can cancel at any time through the portal or the contact above; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and no further monthly fee is charged after it. If you opted into care, cancel before its first paid renewal to avoid that care renewal, subject to applicable law and expressly agreed terms. If you declined care, no care cancellation is needed because no care subscription exists. A failed renewal has a 48-hour grace period before managed service activity may be paused. Billing actions do not delete customer data or undo SEO work. Export, handover, domain control and the practical effect of ending hosting must be explained before any change. After cancellation, the customer is responsible for maintaining the website, including updates, security, backups, hosting and renewals, from the end of the last paid month.
Approvals, delivery and ownership
Customer supplies accurate content and necessary rights/access, and reviews milestones. Consequential public changes need the agreed approval. A website package bought outright (Website Launch, Website + Essential Admin, Website + Full Admin) belongs to the customer once paid in full, whether or not the customer keeps any monthly service with TopReach. Original customer content and data remain the customer’s. Third-party software, themes, fonts, plugins and services keep their own licences. TopReach may reuse its general know-how and non-customer-specific tools.
Domain, hosting and accounts
The customer provides and pays for the domain name, hosting, business email and any third-party accounts the website needs, and keeps them in the customer’s name. On request, TopReach can register, set up or manage these for an additional charge, quoted in writing before work begins; third-party fees are passed on as quoted. Lifetime hosting is not included in any package.
No refunds
Payments for monthly services (SEO plans and website care) and for one-time packages and audits are not refundable, in full or in part, including for a partly used month or after work has started. Cancelling a monthly service stops future charges; it does not refund the current month. Nothing in this agreement removes a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Delays and changes
Scope changes, third-party delays, customer dependencies and revised timelines must be documented before extra work or charges.
Data and final acceptance
Privacy, processing instructions, retention, exports, access termination and security responsibilities follow the agreed project schedule and privacy policy. No contract or recurring payment is activated until the customer receives and accepts the exact scope, dates, amounts and cancellation terms. Version 2026-10-29. Your accepted project schedule sets the final scope, care choices, dates and payment terms.
