Using TopReach

This website describes services from SAWM Source Inc. under the TopReach brand. Prices are CAD before applicable taxes. An enquiry, sample, selected package or AI recommendation is not a completed project, a payment or an activated subscription.

Scope and purchases

Your written quote and service agreement define deliverables, availability, timelines, payment stages, integrations and approvals. Custom-quote packages are not fixed-price offers. Do not rely on a planned module until its delivery and activation are confirmed. Existing signed arrangements are not automatically repriced by changes here.

Content and conduct

Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Original customer content remains subject to its owner’s rights. TopReach branding and platform intellectual property are protected. A website package bought outright belongs to the customer once paid in full, as set out in the service agreement.

Results and third parties

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI-search placement, traffic or sales. Third-party tools, processing fees and approvals have their own terms and availability. No statement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Commercial terms

Read the service agreement before ordering, particularly the included after-sale month. Ongoing website care at CAD99/month is optional: it starts only if you choose it when ordering, and you can cancel it at any time. Monthly SEO plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are not refundable, in full or in part, except where the law requires otherwise. No recurring payment may be taken merely because you visited or sent an enquiry.
