Google review management
Reviews are what customers read first and one of the strongest local ranking signals. We help you get more recent reviews and answer every one in your own voice.
Why it matters
In Whitespark’s 2026 Local Search Ranking Factors survey, a high Google rating and the number of Google reviews with text are both in the top ten Maps ranking factors, and review signals gained weight compared with earlier editions.
BrightLocal’s 2026 consumer survey found that most people look for recent reviews and expect the owner to reply, and that generic, copy-paste replies put many of them off.
What we do
- Weekly review check
- We read your newest Google reviews and those of the competitors around you.
- A reply for every review
- Each reply is drafted from what that customer actually wrote, then approved before it is posted. Never a template.
- Review link and QR code
- You get your own Google review link, a QR code for the counter and a short message to send to customers.
- Gap with competitors
- We show how your rating and review count compare with the businesses above you, and how many recent reviews you need.
What you get
- Every new review in your portal, with its reply ready
- Your review link, QR code and message
- Monthly numbers: new reviews, rating, reply rate
- A comparison with your Maps competitors
How it works
- We connect to your Google reviews (read only).
- New reviews arrive with a reply drafted from each one.
- You approve, and the reply goes on Google.
- You share the review link with recent customers.
Nothing public changes on your website or Google listing without your approval. Rankings are never guaranteed; we show the measured results every month.

Questions
Do you write fake reviews or pay for reviews?
Never. That breaks Google’s rules and can get a profile suspended. We help you ask real customers.
Can I ask for Yelp reviews too?
No: Yelp does not allow businesses to ask for reviews. We focus on Google, where asking is allowed.
Who can I send the review link to?
Customers who agreed to hear from you. Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires consent for commercial messages.
What about negative reviews?
The reply apologises once, does not argue, and invites the customer to contact you directly. You approve it first.
